we had some good fun last October 22, didn't we, Romulo?
yes.. that day was the big finish indeed. We ended our school days and began our sembreak last Friday. And it was a day to be remembered. ;)
we began our day with an activity t. rhose left us in chemisty... and then we had the "Ick Tasting Game" [what a name!] in THE. France, Debbie, Edmarl and Bea prepared for the class different sets of (ick-tasting) food and the game was we had to guess what it was. we continued on the day with our project in computer.. and proceeded with our Values Ed. class. After which, we did our project in Literature! [it was a very fun project to make].. and we had to do (cursed) proving again.. and finally... the GREAT day ENDER... public speaking.
get this.. we were supposed to have a really, really long quiz in public speaking.. but then.. guess what.. teacher june was really, really kind that he made it a take home quiz instead to be passed after the sembreak. woohoo!!
we still had around 20 minutes to kill... so.. we decided to play a game.. the idea of the game was you had to finish each other's sentences... and still be able to create a sensible story... and here's the good part.. <3
t. june began the game with the sentence that we know someone in the classroom can relate to. [no names would be mentioned.. :D] And since the whole class knows about their special situation.. the story continued on.. with almost every one of us adding already factual sentences/phrases to the story.
and the story only gets better... the other person we were talking about already entered the classroom.. and so.. t. june decided to continue the game.. and the whole class participated, and they participated good!
and to get to the good stuff... one classmate yelled something like.. "i know we couldn't have this relationship, because of your profession.." [that's enough clue!] and mind you the other person was still in the classroom. everybody just screamed after that remark. ;)
then everybody sang... "mahal kita, basta't mahal kita... iniisip nila na hindi mahalaga... mahal kita maging.... ________ ka man.." [of course we ain't gonna complete the phrase]
everybody had FUN! what a great sembreak starter!
